In 2009, Anchorage businesses continue to struggle to provide affordable health care to its employees. Every year, costs continue to rise. What progress is being made with state and local health care leaders to alleviate these costs and ensure adequate coverage to all Alaskans?
Jennifer Bundy-Cobb from the Wilson Agency; Jeff Davis from Blue Cross Blue Shield, Linda Hall , director of the State of Alaska Division of Insurance; and Robert Gootee , president of ODS Alaska, will discuss the current trends for insurance costs, how the industry establishes these prices and share thoughts on health care reform.
